Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026

AnalogAcademy helps parents give their kids paper-based math practice: you print worksheets, your kid solves them with a pencil, and our app grades a photo of the work. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: [email protected].

Who this service is for

AnalogAcademy accounts are for parents and legal guardians. A parent creates the account and sets up profiles for their kids. Kids never create accounts and never give us an email address.

Information about you (the parent)

Information about your kids

Everything about a kid is entered by you, the parent:

When your kid uses the app, we also keep:

Who can see your kids' information

We collect only what's needed to run practice and grading. We don't ask kids for personal information, and we don't let them contact anyone through the app.

How we use information

We don't sell your or your kids' information, we don't show ads, and we don't use kids' information for advertising.

Service providers we use

These providers process information only to provide their service to us.

Children's privacy

We designed AnalogAcademy so that a parent is in control of their kid's information at every step, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). You create your kid's profile, you choose what name to use, and you can see your kid's practice history on your dashboard. You can review or delete your kid's information at any time:

Deleting your account

Go to "Delete account" at the bottom of your dashboard, type your email address to confirm, and your account is deleted immediately - no waiting on a support reply. This removes your login and any class only you manage, including your kids' names, practice history, and worksheet photos deleted from our storage. A class you share with a co-guardian (another parent or teacher helping manage it) stays with them; you're just removed from it.

Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and ask for your agreement again.
